• All reservations canceled up to 10 days prior to arrival,deposits are refunded.
  • All reservations canceled within 10 days prior to arrival, will be charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Νo show or early departures, will be charged 50% of remaining nights

Deposit / Guarantee:

  • All reservations must be paidwith a deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation amount,  with  a method of bank deposit or e-banking
    Remaining balance  will be paid at check-in(cash or e-banking)
  • Any reservation not be guarantee by the above method,will ΝΟΤ be accepted.
  • Within four (4) business days of booking date, if payment is made by bank deposit, to be send the transaction via email,otherwise booking will be canceled.

ROOM :

Upon request, the room also provides cleaning Items (located on the balcony) for immediate use.

  • Please strictly observe the common quiet hours:15.00-17.30 pm and
  • 23.00-7.00 pm. Respect your neighbors!
  • Protect the room from material damage or damage that may be inadvertently caused.
  • For your comfortable stay avoid the unnecessary foot sand on the mat outside of the room.
  • Also note that the use of Tobacco and Electronic Cigarettes is forbidden in the room and inside the block of flats, while allowed in the private balcony area.
  • Keep the Key (Protect from Water and any liquid) of the room you provide (1 and ony) and thus the security of your personal items. Any lost will be charged 5 euros.
  • Please make reasonable use of the TV & A / C devices as well as their remote controls
  • Legislation imposes PENALTIES on unrelenting visitors (Private Billing and All Other Matters).

KITCHEN :

  • Please for your own safety DO NOT use 2 or more electrical appliances at the same time together (especially when using both Air Conditioning and / or TV).
  • The power supply may fall and cause an irreversible damage in the electrical panel.

  •  Ensure the operation of the cooker hood with wise use.
  • Cleaning and organization of household items after kitchen use,provides a decent standard of living
  • Please respect it!

It is forbidden to fry fish or sausages and generally any food with strong smell.

BATHROOM :

  • Please DO NOT throw toilet paper, hygiene items or any other tash into the toilet. The sewerage system of the island is not suitable and will cause a problem.
  • Keep in mind DO NOT block floor water trap in the shower while in use.
  • Make use of the laundry box and make easy our own work and effort to serve you.Rooms provide cleaning products (as mentioned above).

In check out process and before delivery of the keys,there is a general strictly check of all objects and devices in the area.For any damage and loss, there is an extra charge fee.
